I am planning to start a small-scale Medical Transcription company with a seat size of 15. I want to know if there are any agents from whom I can get outsourced Medical Transcription projects directly from physicians. Or is there any company which would give projects as sub-contracts?

Service Bureaus such as Manpower might have a function LIKE that, but I would think that the best way to obtain that type of work is to hire a person in the U.S. that represent your company and has a 1-800 prefixed phone number for new clients to contact for information.
Advertising in medical magazines and through direct mail would be good also. You should first target the large medical groups and then work down from there.
If your services are good, then you will get a lot of referrals and you will have to hire more people!
