I am working in a clinic in registration and scheduling, I have found an interest in transcription I have credits from college and just recently decided to get this certificate in medical transcription. I want to make enough so i can pay for more education.

YES! If you are well trained. Plenty of jobs. Maybe the hospital you work for would hire you for their transcription department. Also, there are many many work at home MT jobs.
There is no use of certificate in this medical transcription industry. Quality plays major role. You will get job without certificate also. It is better to have CMT certificate from AHDI. With exp only you will get that. You can visit http://www.ahdi.org
