		<description>I work as an MT and don&#039;t have either one.  Of course I started almost 10 years ago and companies have gotten more specific with their requirements.  Many want some type of experience and/or schooling.  Some companies though will hire you with a certificate if you score well on their testing.  Once you fill out an application and submit your resume, if they are interested, they will ask you to complete their test.  If you score well, then they hire you.  Check out MTJobs.com  They have daily job listings and they state the requirements.  Good Luck!</description>
