Hi everyone and welcome to my site!
My name is Kate Delaney and I'm from Illinois. I created this site to share my story about how I made a mid-life career change that changed my life.

What is the refund policy of courses ?
Job placement assistance? Placement rate?
What tapes do they use? Are they current or outdated? Is it real doctor dictation?
What type of student support do they offer?
Could I have the name and e-mail addresses of at least ten current graduates and ten current students?
Will they offer me on-going assistance after graduation? For how long can I expect this assistance?
Do they teach Anatomy and Phys? Do they teach about Disease processes?
Is the course written / or taught by Certified Medical Transcriptionist or experienced Medical Transcriptionist ?
How long have they been in business?
If I do not complete the program in the allotted (sp) time frame how much will I be charged for going over my contract?
Do they use the latest MT technology in their program? Would I be using a WAV pedal or transcribing via a transcriber?
What is the criteria for passing or failing the course? How are you evaluated?
Is the school licensed in the state they operate in?
What reference materials come with the course?
Will I need to buy anything extra? Transcriber etc..?
