i want to start a career as a medical transcriptionist?

my husband and i are really struggling to pay the bills and the mortgage. i think food and gas prices are to blame. it messed up our , we have a 16 months whom i want to give a decent life to.
i was thinking about medical transcrption. i work ina dental office so i am in healthcare.
i would like to add extra income so we stop using our credit cards.
how do i start and how can i work from home after work? can i make it a ? will i make decent money?

I was a medical transcriptionist working from home for 13 years. Getting started was tough. I worked full time in an office, then came home and worked until midnight.

Many transcriptionists get their training through a course of study while others carry their medical terminology knowledge with them from other health related fields. You would need to get the terminology down, and then get started. Many companies want experience so there’s a catch-22. However, doctors and hospitals may be hiring, and after a time you can work from home as many transcriptionists do.

If there is a medical school near you then make an appointment with them for a consultation. They can fill you in on cost, needs etc etc. They will be of great help. God Bless. Begin watching your money outflow very closely and by all means go back to your budget……
