And, once again, that's going to be very dictator specific if you're trying to come up with an equivalent hourly wage. Are they H&Ps? Ops? If they're no-heading clinic notes, that's a lot of words on a page. I like getting paid by the line. It's more cut/dried. I also have a job that pays by the minute of dictation, and it's a curse or a blessing, depending on the hem-hawing "change that" dictators or the speed demons.
