		<description>No.  I know a couple people that used to do medical transcription for a living and had trouble finding enough work.  A lot of offices put medical notes right into a lap top computer when they see patients now, thereby greatly reducing the need for transcription services.  Transcription is a dying technology.  Also, there are computer programs used by both medical and legal offices where a doctor or lawyer can dictate notes into a microphone and the computer types the info in for them.  Transcription is so 1960s.  Personally, I would do something else.</description>
