Somewhere in the world, there is probably someone who will give you the equipment you need. Finding them is the problem. I would start by placing an advertisment in the classified section of my local paper.

That equipment costs a pretty penny. I doubt anyone will give it to you. You might look for used equipment. Heck, try ebay or the like.
