Financial Aid can get a little complicated with online schools, but there are plenty that are authorized to offer a variety of Federal and State financial aid programs. Of course, other schools aren't. Generally, when a school DOES offer financial aid, they will say so. If getting Financial Aid is really important to you, consider "shopping around" for an online college until you find one that definitely offers financial aid. I am not completely familiar with it, because I have not looked into it that carefully. But as linked above, I went to Career Step website, and looked at future students, then clicked on Needs based tuition assistance.
