I am currently looking for a Online or at Home way to become a Medical Transcriptionist. What is the best training program out there…and it is really something you can do at home say P/T and make good money. Also I am looking for a school with a payment option…not one that require a huge chunk up front.

Online schools are really not a good option. Try to find a community college that may offer online courses instead.
You can’t just go to school and get a job at home. Most companies require at least a year of in-hospital experience, although many require 3-5 years experience.
There is an online guide to choosing a MT school on the website below. You need to learn the difference between getting a certificate and becoming certified BEFORE you plunk down your money.
