Has anyone taken on line classes for medical transcription/billing and coding? I’m trying to find one that you can get your certificate doing it all on-line. I’ve searched many and you have to put in your info including your phone number just to get simple info from the site. Well now these people call me constantly. Thanks for any help you can give.

There are some really good transcription schools. The one I’m going through now is called M-Tec. Pricey, but worth it, and you can get a Sallie Mae loan for it. It’s accredited, not many are. If you go to wahm.com, there is a transcription folder there where you can get a lot of info about the different schools. Career Step and Andrews are the other two that are considered in the top 3 with M-Tec. Good luck.
